File / folder lock without any software?

We search the internet and some files / folders how to lock the software without regard to this post.

Now open the file notapede. Then, if NOT% pass% == password goto FAIL, the red part of your password. Save as locker.bat.
• Double - click on the file, you create a folder on a locker.
• locker hidden files or folders that you copy the password to keep it.
• locker.bat double - click, Y and press Enter.
